Vinyasa Flow Yoga

STRENGTHENS THE BODY’S OVERALL FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH WITH VINYASA FLOW YOGA.

This is a creative form of yoga that weaves together poses and breath into a flowing sequence.

Vinyasa yoga offers a variety of poses. Vinyasa yoga has no standard sequence, so a class style, pacing, and intensity may vary. A class may be designed around a peak pose like a backbend or a particular theme such as chakras or yoga philosophy. Depending on the class type, it may play out dynamically, focusing on postures that strengthen, or it may take the form of a slower flow that emphasises flexibility and mobility in the spine.

Classes are delivered as a full body workout, ensuring you feel balanced, and all major muscle groups are targeted. You will finish your class feeling complete in your body and empowered in your mind.

All classes are sequenced so you flow throughout the practice, effortlessly moving from one exercise to another.

Pilates is a low impact but high intensity style of exercise, building strength and toning of the muscles. Improves stability, core strength and posture along with elevating mental health.

I personally find Pilates very empowering for the body and mind, that is why I felt called to bring this new offering to the Studio. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
